Thanksgiving - Costa Rica

I guess my travel blog starts a little earlier than the big trip of 2008 since I went to Costa Rica at the end of November. Traveling with my family is always interesting especially now that the youngest is 18. Everyone now has an opinion of what they want to do and my dad has always had an opinion about what everyone should.

The trip was fight-free. The weather held out. Costa Rica has fruit juice everywhere. Watermelon. Strawberry. Pineapple. Delicious.

It was interesting to see recycling cans on the side of the streets in the town we were staying in, Jaco. You rarely see that in the US.

Everywhere we walked, there would be people who would shout out "China." I think that's how you spell it. Not pronounced like the country. Add an accent. Like I didn't know.
